Dining at Arctic Lodges
Breakfast is served in the dining room, with the option of a full continental breakfast spread with freshly cut fruit, daily baked pastries, yogurt, juices, specialty teas and freshly brewed coffee. Hot breakfast is served with eggs made your style, bacon, sausage or ham, specialty home fries, pancakes, and roasted tomatoes. Your breakfast is customizable and done your way!
ARCTIC SHORE LUNCH
You do not want to miss out on an Arctic Lodges shore lunch. Your freshly caught fish will be prepared lakeside over an open flame by your professional guide, while you rest your tired arms from an action packed morning of fishing. Our guides take pride in showing off their outdoor culinary skills with fish so fresh, it tastes like candy. If you're not a fan of fish, don't worry! Our chefs will be happy to prepare some sandwiches for you to take out on the lake.

You will not want to fill up on shore lunch too much, as our chef’s gourmet meals are world class. Ryan Cain and his culinary team are unlike any talented group you will ever meet. Holding gold medals, both nationally and internationally, (the world culinary olympics in Erfurt Germany to name one), our chefs have a passion for serving home cooked meals with a touch of finesse.

On your final evening with us, we present a “FEAST OF FIRE” with a wide selection of regional and international dishes prepared over a hardwood charcoal fire - which is always an event to remember. After a great day of fishing, relax, enjoy cocktails, and watch our culinary team do what they do best while talking about your daily adventure.
