By the middle of the summer, the heat can be intense on the water. It's always good to have a good SPF, along with a sun shirt that you can wear to protect yourself from the summer heat.
Sometimes, thunderstorms are inevitable up in Northern Canada. It's just a natural occurrence that can happen at any time. We suggest bringing good rain gear for the boat, just incase you get caught in a storm!
The Arctic Circle can sometimes send high winds our way, making it a colder day on the lake and causing some higher waves. We suggest bringing warmer clothing, layers, and waterproof gear, especially in the earlier and later months of the season.
